me and version 25 are covering 150miles in a round trip FOR A 5mile race at Wellingborough tomorrow.Do others do such a high mileage to small race distance ratio?Or is it only half marathons that you generally don't mind racking up the distance

Two Castles 2010
We need 50 people to rate the race.. by Bright White Trainers

into the top 50. A well organised race with great start and finish inside both castles. Don't expect a pb because it's generally uphill but the support along the way is good.

Nike Sister Sprints
Any good? by Devoted2Distance

'An updated version of a 1974 classic running shoe' - apparently. Does anyone wear these? (For racing flats or general mileage?) If so, any good? Thanks. EDIT: They're actually called 'Nike Sprint Sister' not 'Nike Sister Sprint'
