Hello,Anyone got any good ideas for a homemade recovery drink. Cheers Cow Juice works for me (Milk) Tesco strawberry milk for me.  Yum yum. +1 on milkshake. Chocolate milkshake,mind you Rachels Greek style honey or ginger yoghurt with 1% milk - ice

hi do any of you guys use these recovery drinks after long runs? i use them in my other sport as i get DOMS after long distance rides and i find they do help I make my own Use For Goodness Shakes. Find I'm much less sore after a tough training
