so whats best to wear under your shorts as there seems to be loads of products out there under armour, nike etc but they all seem to aid cooling you down not rehabilitation?

Does anyone else have this? Please let me have any advice - is it safe to wear an ankle support whilst running? Does anyone know of any rehabilitation exercises or have any advice about particular shoes one should choose if prone to this injury.Help!!!!
