exhausted
so tired

of water Ive been tired for the past few weeks , even before the tapering I felt exhausted.The health food shop suggested a supplement called rhodiola rosacea and it is reeally helping I always feel lke sh*t when tapering so I wouldn't worry too much yet

the last 10 days since I started taking rhodiola rosea. I read about it somewhere ages ago. For all I know it may be complete coincidence. Maybe I would have suddenly started sleeping anyway. There's been no sudden change in my lifestyle or resolved worry
