which is easier? by ermen

exhausted than six miles running. Is this because while walking a person is on the go for much longer than when running or is there a more scientific explanation?!? it's the pub lunch half way through ermen - was having a similar conversation with a friend

Can I walk my way to a faster time? by Aud - www.justgiving.com/helpaudreyrun

I picked up on a very old thread on the merits of doing a run/walk at FLM, where it stated that I could actually get a better time and more positive experience if I did a run for 1 mile/walk for 1 minute schedule from the start, i.e. walking long

Run/Walk schedule
Anyone following it? by Fozzie

I've been following the run/walk schedule for the last month or so, and am going out for a long run of 2 hrs tomorrow. The plan and aim is to run/walk the Marathon on a 5min run 1 min walk basis. Is anyone else following a similar schedule? If so
