as much as I can and enjoy the day and hopefully do sub 4 or thereabouts. Nerves are natural but don't fear the day so much it ruins it, or start to doubt your own abilities. Slowing down may be just down to tired legs after all the hard, long runs. I

Would running a half straight after 4 weeks off cause further injury risk? by RunningCog

but this year I've been off more than on due to a variety of injuries. I've kind of accepted I shouldn't run but I'm flying over anyway and I fear on race day I'll get caught up in the atmos and what to run! What to do?!
