I've been suffering from tight/sore hamstrings these past few months and I think I may have narrowed it down to the use of new running tights (with stirrups).Is this plausible and has anyone else experienced such discomfort caused by running tights

Can anyone recommend running tights for cold days. I have a pair that I run in and wonder if I should get something different because much as I feels ok when running I've noticed when I take my gear off my skin is absolutely ice cold to touch
Maybe i'm just being silly BUTwent out running last night and i seem to have a major problem with my 3/4 length running tight things...they are the right size (i think!) but they keep slipping down and i spend half my tim puling them up again

Hi, I'm just wondering if you are supposed to wear underwear under your running tights or am I supposed to wear tight briefs or boxershorts? Depends for me, if its dry, no undercrackers, if its raining, some undercrackers You wear what you like
Having finally tried the running tights i bought from Aldi last month i now find they arent what i was expecting, the material seems too heavy and not quite clingy enough when im running to stay where i want them. They end up slowly heading south
