Nosebleeds - to run or not to run?
Am undecided but due to run tonight by Scoobysue

be running tonight? Might running 'prompt' another bleed? I would, of course, have tissues to hand as I'll be running at the gym and don't want to get it all messy with blood. I used to get lots of nosebleeds, and I find that anything that diverts blood

Iain - When 10k racing ideally you should do a few miles steady running before hand. I know when our club do a 10k race some of us do a few miles before including some dynamic exercises to get those quick muscles firing! Hope you find a club
