up things on. I would get an MRI done to see if there is any disk damage. As you have grion problems its possible a sacro iliac joint dysfucntion/instalility could be the cause as this can mimick sciatica and lead to stiffness in whole back.my back

for the advice-thats 2 pilates recommendations now,-this needs investigating.Thankyou. I agree with Toria - this sounds like nerves being squeezed either in the lower lumbar area or possibly the sacro iliac joints. A good physio should sort this out quickly

johnny blaze ran and is he 40 yet. Oh bugger - have just taken ibuprofen for my sacro-iliac pain.  Made the conscious decision to take them to help reduce any inflammation.... this makes it look like I'll actually be slowing the recovery long
