This afternoon ran a XC race on the Gt Yarmouth seafront over snow covered sand dunes in a blizzard. Snow started at same time as race & got heavier until you couldn't see where you were going. Madness or what? During time it took to run 5k 2" snow

Prawle.There's always the road alongside Slapton Sands, but I've done that and it's tedious. Thanks for the advice. And I agree, not many flat bits at all... and Slapton Sands is very boring to run. Will try the East Portlemouth though.
