New trainers needed
I'm moving house and my new running routes will be a mix of on and off road by TreeTops

at the Saucony website, which I think is www.saucony.co.uk not 100%sure, but arent the adrenaline support shoes? in which case look at the saucony omni or nitrous. The Grid jazz is a neutral shoe, with pretty good cushioning, although the jazz6000 is weaker

Saucony Jazz 5000 heel retention
by M C 23

I've had pairs of Saucony Omni's for the past few years and really liked them. I recently bought some Jazz 5000s in the same size (I assumed that the fit would be the same) via mail order, for on- & off-road use. No matter how tightly I lace them

Any suggetstions for footwear to run the Pennine way in?
by Tom Clifford

of you lot enlighten me a little? Having run along lenghths of the way I would suggest that you wear something like Saucony Jazz 6000's or the like - trail shoes etc. I would not run in fell shoes as they do not have the padding for the distance
