can swim 400m no problem with breaststroke, yet my front crawl is very poor. Two lengths and I'm dead. I think I am trying to swim too fast too quick.Does anyone have any training schedules to help me follow? Its very unlikely that you can only swim 2

Okay so I'm finding I'm skipping runs and avoiding the bike too. Mainly because I'm really busy at work at the moment (so working longer hours) and having very little time to fit things in around life. Just wondering how you guys do it..?My schedule
