For swimming by roxy bird

can swim 400m no problem with breaststroke, yet my front crawl is very poor. Two lengths and I'm dead. I think I am trying to swim too fast too quick.Does anyone have any training schedules to help me follow? Its very unlikely that you can only swim 2

to step it up to the Marathon plan after New Year. At the moment the Half schedule is based on 5 runs a week. I want to cut it down to 4 (because don't have enough time to fit it all in on 5 nights) but I want to keep the milage the same by increasing

Behind schedule!
