shinsplints - AGAIN

Lower leg discomfort by SuperPootle

I have had some discomfort down the front of my lower leg as well as tight calf muscles. It is quite uncomfortable to walk (particularly down stairs) but is ok to run. I have heard so much about shinsplints but don't know if this is it.It is worse

FLM with Shinsplints

HELP! Damn shinsplints
