shoe choice

Hi, Could anyone suggest me a few pairs of shoes that would be suitible for trail/fell running and adventure racing. I have very flat feet and over pronate badly. I do have some custom made insoles to suit my feet but they are getting rather dog

Running Shoe choice

I had surgery on one of my knees 3 years ago which removed about 50% of my cartlidge because of a tear , i am returning to running after this 3 year absense and am wondering what would be a good neutral cushioned choice of running shoeI am

Yesterday,i had my running style diagnosed by the nike team using a treadmil & vidio camera.They were very helpfull & adviced me on a neutral shoe,they recomended the "air max moto" from there range,but applied no preasure whatsoever.Could anyone
