Can anyone help?  I have a size 2 foot and am 37!  I am trying to find some adult running shoes rather than kids ones.  Anyone know of any supplier/manufacturer?  So far I have found (Pete Bland, Kendal) Nike running shoe in a size 2.5.  Can anyone

I'm contemplating buying these trail shoes but every trail shoe I've tried on/bought recently seems to be really wide around the heel. Just wondered if anyone else has this problem but have found this particular shoe to be a good choice. Well, girth

Saucony shoes
Regulate vs Grid Stabil by blue r's fly

My weapons of choice are the Saucony Grid Stabil MC. I'm very happy with them, having been just as happy with the the Grid Stabil before them. Not even a blister have I had with these shoes. Lucky me.I know the advice is to stick with what works

Shoes for gym classes

. Asics do gym shoe, they have higher ankle support and a bit firmer sole, i use them and get on fine with them, apparently can be used for low mileage runs too. thanks,and any comments on my choices? which is the better? or they are no good at all? I like
