Any experience - does it work? by Running Rodent

I'm looking for a marathon schedule and thought I'd try RW Smartcoach, so I plugged in 48 mins for a 10K time and said I wanted to train moderately hard. The schedule it's come up with is only telling me to run 3 times a week, and the highest weekly

Why can't I print off a schedule now withough pages of people's comments below? by Wee Curly Dee

This problem has occurred before - I input my details in Smartcoach to print off a schedule - click on the 'view printable version', have to input the details again but then can't print off the schedule without all the associated comments

Smartcoach

Since August I've printed off two Smartcoach "very hard" half marathon schedules each of about 8 or 9 weeks with the aim of trying to get faster.  The first one led to a 13 minute reduction in my previous half marathon time and the second one

Smartcoach and Google Calendar
by Mark Williams 57

I really like the SmartCoach, but I was wondering if an option could be added to it to add the dates to Google Calendar?I hate having to type all the distances and times into my calendar, particularly as Google insists on changing "5 miles @ 9
