for training, and am worried about not being able to do a SLR this weekend. Someone told me about snow grips for shoes. Does anyone know if we can still run wearing them, are they effective? Anyone tried them? Any recommended brand/type? They are brilliant

What to wear in snow conditions?
Going to the alps, and I don't want to miss training by Nads

I know i have to dress for the conditions, but can anyone advise what to wear when its minus degrees outside? Last time I wore my ski trousers over the top of tights...and that was OTT. Is there a snow friendly tracksuit/training suit I could try

clothes for rain and snow running

long sleave top and a jacket without arms. Hat and gloves depending on temp/wind/snow. thats what i was thinking, tracksters seem to be fine. i like the idea of the sleeveless jacket, seen a few in shops, are these padded for warmth or just normal thin
