buy a pair of wellies!It snows here every year (admittedly only for a few days usually)but I'm always astounded by the number of people skidding around in Uggs/freyes/ the latest fashion boots/trainers getting all soggy buy a pair of wellies

I had one this morning. It's a Flake, with white crumbly chocolate.Actually, if you look at the wrapper, it's called Flake Snow. I guess the designer had a hiccup. maybe its a play on fake snow rather than snowflake? Either way its fattening

Yes I'm still getting very hot with just a running vest and running shorts when the air temp is 0C and it's snowing. I am reasonably fit, I've been road biking for 3 years now and average 20mph on 30-40mile rides. I've only recently started running
