can anyone recommend some?I have been using Fox river and theyve been excellent. The only problem is they are quite thick. Ive just bought new running shoes which are great for me ( just been and tested them out over 3 miles- faster than before

marathon so I would suggest you start them up now. Wear good running socks and test them out before the big day. Lidl do some decent running socks for about £4 every so often. I've been using them for a couple of years now and they wear really well. Only

blisters on arch of foot

running. I vary between using both sets of shoes and probably do 10-15 miles per week. I think i am using the wrong type of socks so will change those, but apart from that does anyone have any suggestions why im only getting a blister on my left arch
