I am looking for a new HRM with distance and cadence(running). The Suunto looks pretty good but I can't find anything that says whether it has cadence and stride length on it?Does anyone know if it has this function? No it doesn't do the cadence

What do these terms mean? by gingerneil

I read in the magazine terms such as:- strides- repeats- intervalsdo these essentially mean the same thing ? Ie a period running at high effort followed by active recovery (slower jog). Repeats and intervals are the same thing, fast efforts
