hi all just checking the status on running with knee support. When I first started out back in May 2005 - I used some basic ones from boots just to give added support and to nurture my knees. I now use quite a lot on instense training - speed work

Neoprene Supports
Muscle Supports by Mester

Having pulled a calf muscle a few months ago, and had a slight twinge in the other calf, I used the proprioty 'Pro-sport' Neoprene and Nylon muscle supports to aid recovery and very good they are. The problem is I can not seem to run comfortably
