Cancer Research UK Hampton Court Palace Run 10K
by Anamari COsta-Tait

First race running amongst both men and women! and 2nd 10K. Very muddy in some parts (and a real mud fest right at the finish line) due to the weather conditions. Very varied if you are looking for a race with different surfaces as we had a bit

Why does electrolyte drink by Muttley

, most helpful It's odd. With the Nuun solution I can feel it dripping onto the back of my legs. With water, the bottle stays resolutely dry. There must be a reason ... viscosity sounds plausible.  Lower surface tension of the solution due to presence
