Just reading a book called Survival of the fittest by Dr Mike Stroud he is the man who completed the polar expedition and more recently the 7*7*7 marathon challenge with Sir Ranulph Feinnes. Finding the book very interesting just wondering if any
Is there any good reviews of Hell Runner north & MH survival of the fittest 'nottingham'?? Thinkin of doing them both but dont realy know what im letting myself in for. Iv just started running & done TG nettle warrior at the weekend, now im hooked
