My swimming sucks!!! by William Smith 16

Ive got my heart set on doing a triathlon next year, but im having major hassle with my swimming. Im having lessons,but seem to have hit a BRICK WALL!!!!! I cant rotate my body and the least said about my arms the better!!! Anybody got any easy

i read this in a magazine yesterday. of course i know that swimming is better for your joints as it supports your body weight etc. and i am getting little aches and niggles since i started running. so should i be swimming instead? I would imagine

How to Swim
What website for beginners swimming technique by bodgit

I can run and bike, but have a bit of trouble with the swimming, think breeze block type ability to float. I can get from one end of the pool to the other, just not very quickly.Anyone know of a good website with instruction on proper techniques

Swim club bloke bullying me by Catchee Monkey

Hi,I am being pathetic, but I had to leave swiming training last night as I was going to get up and lamp this bloke. We have three lanes. Swim drills for an hour and swim according to speed/pace. Fast, Medium, Slow. Pretty standard.I am new
