the rest of this week, get an LSR in at the weekend, then run next week and swim maybe Friday and Saturday?Any advice? Erm.......My mileage started to drop last week. I went from 40+mpw  to 25 then this week is only 19 then next week is 7 miles. The taper

Hi guys,  I've got a 90 minute swim analysis booked at a total immersion studio on Saturday. Has anyone had one before? What should I expect? Did it help? Did you have any follow up coaching? I had a series of TI lessons which were all filmed

Results, With a running race, you get results times and places 1 to whatever. With Tri, I take it you get o/a times, you don’t get access to times for each leg/discipline? Considering entering the fray, sprint 1st, but as swimmings by far my

local Triathlon clubs seem to run beginner ones. I've just entered a small one near me so not far to travel for me. Beginner Friendly I did my first tri near Cheltenham last weekend, it was a sprint distance but the venue was really good, open water swim
