Looking to do some different events this year, ie not just running. These events look like a decent way in whilst I improve my swimming for Stratford sprint in May.Anyone done any events here before? Have never been to Dorney Lake before

Whats it like by Avalaf

Any one able to give a description of the bike and run courses? Flat. With a wet bit to start. But you can walk the swim if your arms get tired. LOL to flat... Bike starts with the 'rutland ripple' series of three lumps shorter than the beast
