Has anyone previously completed this tri?. I am currently looking at giving it a go, this would be my first venture into the world of TRI.A little confused by the pool swim and the numbers that are taking part!!!. How will it be run

I'm not feeling that I want to... As you know by now running is my thing, sod the swimming but I think that I *might* enjoy the bike again.   Try a season of duathlon? Might be fun especially the off road ones! Yeah, my mate is trying to tell me

fit in around work. But I think I'll be O.K. 'cos I know how to swim and I'm getting a new bike (so that'll sort out my carp biking!). As for IM - 2006 (injury allowing) - where's good (and sunny)? Edward - OK - the run will be no problem really

in the late Summer where I won’t be totally embarrassed by superfast triathletes. I know these events are probably over-subscribed, but how soon do I need to apply to the olympic one - as I don’t know how much my swimming will improve over the next few months

Fleetwood Tri on Sept 26th I think it is - look on ukresults.net for entry. It's part of the Fylde Tri-ology series. Sprint distance, pool swim in Fleetwood YMCA pool, pan flat closed road bike, then flat run on promenade. I think its about £28 to enter. Did
