Evening all. This e mail is so i can get my running fix, by proxy, if thats possible plus a bit of advice. I've got a sore left ankle , i think its Tibial Periositis, as its on the inside of my lower shin. I got pain in my ankle without swelling
had a look and it sounds like Tibial Periositis and ive taken the expensive step of buying some new trainersouch!!!!!!!!
looked at the Shin-splints & Tibial periositis sections in the injuries section of this website? There is some quite useful info there (although both sections seem to describe exactly the same injury). Many runners (including myself) get these problems

massage therapist we reckon its something along the lines of Tibial Periositis. It means you are probably an overpronator and maybe like me had started hill and speed work which only emphasises the problem the pain along the inside lower tibia (shin). I am
