am i being cynical by slug

I know runners take training seriously but to list times such as 11.03am and 3.14pm to eat a banana seems to me a little over the top. Also I`ve noticed a couple of recent articles going on about things to do when your at your desk.. am I the only

When there are a number of finishers crossing the line almost at the same time? If it's the same as track judging, then it's a case of having several people recording the finishers and then comparing answers, that majority concensus wins

Heel pain won't go away.
I managed to bang my heel and every time i run it hurts. by paininthefoot

Managed a 36-36 to finish 8th in the Hatfield 10k yesterday. I haven't run a 10k since last August but managed to take 2 mins off my PB!!!Not sure how I managed it but I did! Well done to you, its such a great feeling to achieve a PB. well done
