How far this weekend? by Escargot

I have a half-marathon next weekend and am wondering how far to run this weekend. Should I:- do 10k time trial (as in RW sched)- do 10k easy (what I did last time)- run 13 miles (Hal Higdon sched)- run 8-10 miles (taper)- run 8-10 miles and aim

you still use it as your 5K pace? I followed this schedule, and yes I think the idea is that you use whatever pace you acheived in the 4 week time trial as your 5K pace (if you were quicker than 18min on this trial there wouldn't be any need to follow
