Stockport Harriers Time Trial Series 5K

from work in time. I ran the first race in the series this year and got a PB for the 5k of 21.54. I really enjoyed it. It is not restricted to Stockport Harriers. It is a 3-lap course within Woodbank park. Only a small field but made a nice change from

My (calves/calfs?) feel screwed
Time trial then playing with spikes by Sprint for the line

Rocked a decent 3km time trial on Wednesday then did about 3km in track spikes, and now my calves feel absolutely shattered, not my best plan with a HM on sunday - Anyone got any advice to relax them a bit?Not that fussed about the HM time - done my

on himself.If the team strength situation was reversed then Evans would have won far more easily IMO.At the time trial he was just too knackered and had too much pressure on him becauae he was favourite and therefore started of too fast.Sastre's time

Missed time trial long run - should I do it this week? by shufflebottom

to just beat my 7 min per mile time.  I was really hoping to go for it this time and score a pb, but now don't know whether I should be trying to fit in a ten mile goal race time trial this week, or whether I should just stick to the schedule???!!  Help
