Having wallowed about in the mud in normal running shoes at the Stourgridge Stagger amd considering purchasing some Trail shoes for Great Grizedale Trail run and the Bluebell Trail. Should I be considering a hybrid shoe or a true trail shoe. Am 90kg

a difference.any help would be great.Cheers I use NB 906. They've got more cushioning and support than most trail shoes, so they're fine on the roads too. Not the best for fell running or thick mud, but great for trails/canal tow paths etc
