I'm doing the Great North Run in September and am looking for a 6 month training plan to stick to over the next few months. Any ideas where I can find one? I've done quite a few 5k's and a couple of 10k's previously and normally do a 5k in about 23

HiyaCan anyone help??? I`ve printed off the training plan for the marathon and am not exactly sure what it means by run 9 miles at 9.11 pace, for example. Does that mean run at a pace of a 9.11 minute mile? Help!! thats right.
