HelloI'm taking part in the North downs 30k which is in the middle of June. I've tried using the runnersworld smart coach to get a training plan but its geared for the more popular distances, and not 30k.Does anybody know of another smart coach type

Can someone tell me whether I should train at the same time as my race? To clarify should I train at 09:00 if my race start is 09:00 or will it not matter if I go for a training run at 06:00 It doesn't matter. It's worth running at various times
