Anyone got an opinion on bike boxes?
by La petite rosbif

.  I've travelled with a (borrowed) dhb box from wiggle before now without problems (apart from swearing mightily trying to get the bike in there in the first place.  Happily the empty box fitted under the bed at the youth hostel. and it was my Wiggle

by Stuart Cassie

ish and they have free travel for runners on the Sunday morning.  The baggage system at the race can seem chaotic at the start but they had sorted the bags into the correct numbered pile by the end.and taxi's are  f.ing scary. Gertie - all drivers

This marathon circuit - where do I start?
big 5, internationals - what - confused by _Kieren

. There are lots of great marathons out there. You could do a feature race eg the Santa claus arctic circle marathon in Lapland. Quite a few people have run a marathon in all 50 US states. If you're based in europe, how about one in every member state of the EU

Best marathon race for a beginner?
by swimmerpenguin

field, but need a bit of pampering - plenty of feed stations, water and a flat, or gently undulating course. I am prepared to travel to Europe. Have joined the ballot for FLM, but am not too hopeful. Any ideas welcomed. Nottingham in early September
