't be on my "must visit" list, but it really isn't that bad. All Black Country folk are pretty friendly. Love It you obviously don't live there, so it has something going for it. It's only the worst place in the world if you haven't been to Basildon. Ah

to get there, just got my monthly Runners World with entry form. Toying with the idea of running this great event but 13 miles is sooooo long!!!!I currently so 4 sessions of about 5-6 miles each session, I am entering more 5K and 10K runs this year

World - bottom of home page and ask.I did the 10K which was run at the same time as the mara in 2001. I enjoyed running across the harbour bridge at the start i would say dont bother. I ran the 10k and my boyfriend ran the half when we lived over there
