Just looking to improve, well, get some upper body strength and was wondering if punch bags are any good? I've got some good exercises for core strength, but if a punchbag will help improve strength, then the idea of one appeals. It would

I've been running for just 3yrs and am looking to improve form/efficiency. I've noticed that when I get fatigued I have a lot of upper body movement...my shoulders hunch and seem to bounce up n down a lot. My shadow looks like uncle fester! Any tips

weight training to improve core ?

work on the weights alot for the upper body strength but always stay away from using them to improve my legs. mainly because i know that alot of weight training on certain muscles in the legs can hinder you more than help. so my question is
