What are the best songs to warm up to ?

Ashamed to be asking such stupid questions but here we go...All of the speed and pace sessions in the RW 1/2M schedule specify a 10min warm up and warm down. But when I'm trying to run before work and get to work on time, or do an 8mile run after

I know the best way to warm up before a run/race is to allow time for a proper warm up but at this time of yer when the weather is going to get worse, do any/many of you apply muscle runs on your legs to help in warming them up to avoid injury
