Lunch Boxes....
what do you have in yours.

'll get something. I'm training all day and only a 30 minute break in between. It could end up being apples.... i'm hoping for a nice sandwich Prawns, pasta, watercress, tomotoes, radishes, mushroom antipasto, garlic stuffed olives, bit of dressing.+2 x

likely to respond to a lactose-free diet (although in some individuals it does). Tofu, leafy green vegetables e.g. kale, nuts, seeds, fortified soya/rice 'milk', watercress, oatmeal, dried figs, black molasses.Bung into a bowl and stir a bit. Voila! tofu

I've never been there, not sure if it even exists, but I'm sure if it did, there'd be a pub or something.Any recommendations? The Housemaids Arms does a nice yorkshire pudding filled with roasted watercress.Can't think of anywhere else off the top

there are only so many oatcakes i can eat

myself too :o) salmon and watercress sarnie and a glass of apple juice I've just made myself the biggest tuna and sweetcorn sandwich EVER. V-Rap, go with the sticky cake! So far today:- Honey on wholemeal toast- Chicken tikka with minty yoghurt sandwich

times longer to rot when they are deaded:o- not sure about munching on a bag of spinach!!! me neither. Have some rocket & watercress to mix in to improve it a bit. I remember my granny getting up at the crack of sparrows to put the veg on for lunch

of the day or not . . . . . . I try and eat something like . . . . . .a fresh home made turkey/chicken/tuna salad (spenach/rocket/watercress/tomato/cucumber) sandwich on either whole grain/whole meal fresh bread.Fresh soup with whole grain/whole meal bread
