This is probably a difficult question to answer but how much speed can you expect to gain with a certain amount of weight loss and constant training? Are there any equations for this? http

Losing weight..well trying to
by -shortstuff-
of a cold , sore throat ect...could this have accounted for the gain in weight. Hello - probably is the cold, they tend to make you a bit fluidy. Amazing how much snot weighs, but at least you get bonus weight loss when you get better. hahaha

Weighted gloves
Instead of hand-held weights
by Santa's Little Redhead
Please does anyone know where I can buy some weighted gloves for resistance work when treadmill running? They have a pocket on the back into which you put the weights and look comfier than the small hand-held dumbells which you have to grip all
