Motivation for running in the winter.....

Hi, Can someone help me i run 7 times a year in the summer and in the winter i find it hard to run 2-3 times a week. Can someone help me by telling me what i could do to motivate myself to run in the winter. And if there is anything i can do

Hwo do you cope with winter training

I was wondering how you all cope with winter running. In the summer I used to go out at 6am 3-4 times a week for my pre-work morning run - now I am waivering on this. I am finding it really hard to get out of bed for my run when it is dark and cold

I was wondering what other morning runners are going to do as winter approaches and the mornings are darker. wear a bright top :o) Run in the dark round boring houses & then again after work & make the most of the daylight at the weekends!!! yikes

Nike Air Structure Triax 7 - Winter Alternative?
I love this shoe but need a winter equivalent
