Seal Skins Socks
by Glugg

surf shoes on grass as a winter version of barefoot running. They have brought out a new version this year which are less bulky - well worth a try.

Talkback: Asics Gel Trail Sensor WR
by El Gato

I've used these mainly in the snow this winter in UK, Norway and Austria. Hardly any wear at all, due to the snow, and good traction. However, they do feel rather heavy, and I would prefer a lighter shoe for trail running

Really tired of wet feet / shoes !
by Chuck.M

The winter runs are taking it out on my road ASICS 1170 and avoiding the puddles & mud (is this actually possible at the moment?) on forest runs to try and keep feet a little drier is getting wearing. Looking for a reasonably priced hybrid shoe

shoes for winter
by nic c

as the first if that is what suits you.Wear the old pair on the muddy paths and the new pair on the roads/indoors. Alternate the routes so that the muddy pair have time to dry out between runs.I am not aware of special 'Winter' shoes - but I am sure
