Helloo,I have some Nike (sorry can't remember exact model poss pegasus) shoes for road running, fitted after gait analysis etc (I mildly overpronate on left foot) and want to get some shoes for 'off road' for the winter. Won't be going up hill
surf shoes on grass as a winter version of barefoot running. They have brought out a new version this year which are less bulky - well worth a try.
I've used these mainly in the snow this winter in UK, Norway and Austria. Hardly any wear at all, due to the snow, and good traction. However, they do feel rather heavy, and I would prefer a lighter shoe for trail running
The winter runs are taking it out on my road ASICS 1170 and avoiding the puddles & mud (is this actually possible at the moment?) on forest runs to try and keep feet a little drier is getting wearing. Looking for a reasonably priced hybrid shoe
as the first if that is what suits you.Wear the old pair on the muddy paths and the new pair on the roads/indoors. Alternate the routes so that the muddy pair have time to dry out between runs.I am not aware of special 'Winter' shoes - but I am sure
HiSeeking personal opinions on the best hybrid shoes for mostly canal towpath stuff but to include a bit more off roady possible X country shoes. Winter coming and puddles and that.Use stability shoes at mo. Newbalance 765. 5K twice a week and 10K
Hi everyone,Just after a spot of advice regarding a running shoe. Myself and my running partner train mostly on concrete at present. We know this is not ideal but during the winter months we do not have an option. Please could we have some advice
Hi all,I've done one novice triathlon this year at Stratford and would like to try a duathlon for a bit of fun to complement my winter running. Could anyone tell me how the transition works in a duathlon please? Is it just a case of changing
