Winter training
Books/DVD's by Little M.iss Ultra Happy

Can anyone recommend any training books or DVD's that I can use with the turbo through the winter to improve my cycling fitness? I'm relegated to the garage so it would have to be a CD that I can play as I go or a book with different sessions
