Why do my feet feel 'flat'....

Hiyah - just wondering if anyone can give me the benefit of their wisdom. After my run today (7 miles, mix of flat and hill, on and off road - most of it into the wind!), I did my stretches as normal then flopped out on the couch as you do. After

Glute Injury - A pain in the arse!

, has anybody got any experience and words of wisdom as to what to do.  (Anything other than R.I.C.E?). It is painful enough to hurt when I walk and run, but I have a high pain threshold and can run through it, not sure it's sensible though. Thoughts?

Strides
what does it mean? by AgentGinger

long, lanky strides, like the BFG, but i'm not sure what benefit that would be. I thought the received wisdom was that shorter strides with faster leg turnover are better. Is this what "strides" means? Bit of a naive question, but thought I'd ask. To me
