an injury! Conventional wisdom seems to be that if the cough is in the neck or above you are ok to go running. If it has entered the chest then avoid running till it is better.I personally take Omega 3/6 oils (the essential fatty acids) and don't get colds
one for 10 years and i have never done this one and i am a bit apprehensive about actually completing it in under 2 hours. Any words of wisdom from anyone I'm sure you'll find some info on this thread.Good luck (and don't be apprehensive!)
