My stomach hates long runs!

to eat for the rest of the day. Had to persuade my Hubbie whose not a runner that I was about to expire after my last long run!I'm doing the Bath half this sunday and I'm worried it'll happen again. Any home remedies, words of wisdom would be welcomed.

random head winds and was a hot day, I was a few minutes slower than I wanted. All the people I talked to found it hard this year. Great race however nice set up i like it. I prefer Wisdom FirmA real runners toothbrush imho

tooth extraction

an injury! Conventional wisdom seems to be that if the cough is in the neck or above you are ok to go running. If it has entered the chest then avoid running till it is better.I personally take Omega 3/6 oils (the essential fatty acids) and don't get colds
