Take 200mg iron tablets on advice of GP for prevention of too low iron levels...is it ok to take zinc as well ? Am training for a marathon and want to boost the immune system having been very prone to throats and colds when training in the past

I've been reading threads about how Zinc Oxide tape can help prevent blisters. Do you put it straight over the skin, or do you need to put something under it like cotton wool first? Thanks you just tape it straight to your foot, so the tape takes

Blisters are a pain in the foot by mercury

I've been experimenting with blister prevention ( from army boots not running ) , the missus was kind enough to get me some zinc oxide tape but theres one problemIt wont stick !!Now I thought it stuck to anything and if there was a problem

I suffer from a little bit of Iliotibial Band Syndrome. I was seeing a physio back in Australia and he gave me some zinc oxide strapping tape to strap my leg with. I've been searching for similar stuff in London but am yet to find any. The original

Hiya, I have started taping up my foot to help with PF but the suggested zinc oxide tape is being a real pain, not sticking to my foot or itself very well but clinging to everything else that it touches and ending up in an expensive mess
