Hi all, I'm a beginning runner and I have been doing Pilates for years. Recently, I signed up for a
5
k
race in September. Regarding my training
schedule
, can anyone provide some advice? I wish to have a 7-week training
schedule
without affecting my usual Pilates routines which I do it at home. I also attend Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga) occasionally, any suggestions for fitting both Yoga and Pilates into my training
schedule
? Thanks a lot!! Yuhan

How often do you do your sessions ? You'd be able to do a
5
k
on 3 days a week training - so looks for a
schedule
something like that ? And you could do the cross training on the rest days ?(although I'm sure you could do pilates and running on the same day - I know my wife does)
