Ok my BMR is 1529.3815Multiplying this by 1.725 gives 2676.41763This seems like a lot of calories! I doubt I consume that much - is this accurate? The Harris Benedict formula seems quite subjective and general.

quite simple really. Google BMR calculator, and go from their. BMR, basal metabolic rate, is your basic daily calorie needs. You then take this figure and multiply by a factor determined by how much you exercise over a week. Garmins tend to over-estimate calorie burn.
