Oh yes, it is so hard to motivate yourself when it is cold outside... Lets hope that the weather gets a bit better. Have you tried races? I find that these can sometimes motivate me. Good luck x

ok i got in so far done a 10 and 2 12 milers but is anyone else having motivation problems im finding it hard to get out the door, maybe its the time of year.
