Hi everyone,Im a relatively new runner and Im keen to learn more about nutrition. Im experimenting regularly with drinks, gels etc and wondered if anyone has come across the original Thai red bull. Having been to Thailand a few times I have drunk it and found it to be quite a serious kick. However Im not entirely convinced about its safety as it is not generally available anywhwere else. Does anyone think this could be a useful training aid??
